All prices exclude VAT (HT).
SATIM's part is 0.7% of the amount, but never less than 10 DA and never more than 300 DA. Raïs's part is 0.3% of the amount, with no minimum and no maximum. Both are rounded to the centime, a half being rounded up.
The fees of a payment are not returned when it is refunded.

Between 1,430 DA and 42,850 DA, neither of SATIM's limits applies, so a payment costs 1% in total. Smaller payments cost a little more in proportion, because of SATIM's 10 DA minimum. Larger ones cost less, because of its 300 DA maximum.
What is not charged
Fees are taken when a payment is paid and when a refund goes through. Nothing else costs anything.

Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price we publish excludes VAT (value-added tax). In French documents this is written HT, for hors taxes.
When are the fees taken?
When a payment is paid, its amount is credited to your Raïs balance and its fees are taken from that balance, as a separate line in your ledger. The fee of a refund is taken when the refund goes through.
What if a payment fails?
Nothing is charged. Fees are taken only for a payment that is paid: a payment that fails, is declined, expires or is cancelled costs nothing, and neither does a refund that does not go through.
Are the fees returned when I refund a payment?
No. The fees of a payment are not returned when it is refunded, in full or in part. The refund has its own fee of 10 DA, made of 8 DA for SATIM and 2 DA for Raïs, whatever its amount.
Does test mode cost anything?
No. Test mode charges nothing and moves no money. It shows the fees each test payment would have cost, marked as simulated, so you can see the cost before going live.
What is the smallest payment?
50 DA. Because SATIM's minimum fee is 10 DA, the smallest payments cost the most in proportion: at 50 DA the fees are 10.15 DA.
